    I agree, if you want people to stop failing leves then balance the sp gap between leves with weak rewards like 'Netting the Gnats' and ones with strong rewards like 'Dunesfolk'. And maybe remove the leve link system, it only encourages people to fail leves and redo then at rest with each other again for maximum sp.

    If you get rid of leve linking, then leves will take 8-12 hours to finish (8 sets of leves x 1.5 hours per set). Or, more likely, everyone will just start doing them solo. I mean, why should I do *your* leves if I'll just get a 1K gil reward instead of 30K? I'd much rather do *my* leves.

    As others have said, it's more complicated than merely balancing leve rewards and offering better rewards for finishing leves. I think we can safely assume that players will always do whatever gives them the most SP in the shortest amount of time. So figuring out how to balance rewards to encourage party play and variety is not quite as simple as we'd like.
