AOE Toggle Needs to GO

I confirmed with the dev. team that in the future they are planning to remove the AoE magic toggle.

Hopefully SE has realized that 70% of the folks crying for -aga spells are masochistic XI players.

I hated almost everything about XI except for the FF cannon. So no, I am not a masochistic XI player. It makes sense to have different types of spells with different properties and functions rather than just make a blanket copy of each and hope it works.

Removing the AOE toggle is a huge step in the right direction towards making casters (and the UI) more efficient. Thank you SE!
