    I don't know how many i85 Primal EX parties I've joined with absolutely terribad people who have obviously been carried through stuff, or just overgeared dungeons for their gear.
    That's how it's been for me too...so no it's not a good thing, but we're not talking about primals, we're talking about 4man dungeons here.
    Also, if you wanna talk primals, i think people who buy runs to be carried are a bigger problem than unskilled players with high level gear.

    Yes, its still relevant. Because people who do this come into harder content thinking they can do it, and then just drag down legitimate players expecting people to know the fight (especially in a groups labeled "experienced-only)

    Ultimately...it doesn't matter if they were carried or are new from overgearing dungeons. Results are the same; people who have no clue and just fail when they join groups, thinking they can either power through it or they're good since they have the "proper" gear.
