All of these features can be abused and should be clearly looked at as a whole.

you say CAN. But Since this is the 1st mention of this I have seen since 2.0 released (and don't remember this being an issue in 1.0) I can only determine that this hasn't been an issue and your just complaining to complain.

Go test these before you say im complaining just to complain. You can most certainly abuse these options to the point of blacklisting someone and then it can get more out of hand if you have your black list full. My post is a valid post i have done my research on this otherwise i wouldn't have made this post at all
