1. This I must disagree with. The issue with allowing people the "easy" gear up method by completely removing caps is that they now skip iLV(s) that could have potentially taught them mechanics used in later fights. This doesn't help them, just makes them look stupid when they pull crap dps, heal horribly, or can't tank swap properly. I think part of the issue is that we have not experienced a level increase. So we have like 6-7 sets of LV 50 gear that just replaces previous gear.

This bothers me as well. It feels like cheating that I can have any alt job at raid ready gear the second it hits 50. People can have every alt at i90 and be able to do all content before even playing any endgame content with that job. I would like to work for it more, but maybe that is just me. I am certainly not a hardcore player and even I worry about running out of content.

At the moment; Raid Ready is considered I70. So you can already do this.

Not really. T4 requires a few I90 pieces (or I80 now) and T5 is nearly a full I90 contest, at least in order to survive fireballs

I wasn't aware that Coil started in T4 and T5. Being Raid Ready means being able to have enough gear to do the beginning instances of of the Raid when its Multi-tiered. T1->70+, T2->75+, T4->80+, T5->85+ would be optimum, but still could be done with less (since you know first people to clear did do with less..)

If Myth didn't exist apparently no one would be raid ready to enter Coil under your standards without having beaten Coil. Extreme Primals/CT didn't exist before the Realm Awoken update so they are exempt from this argument.

PST Normal i80 Relic + Full Dark Light is Raid Ready to start Coil and gear up to do harder turns. That's why its progression.

This is my concern as well; on one hand I'd be more than happy to gear up my alts with shiny allagan and AF2. On the other hand, every bad player can do the exact same and there's no way to tell who is skilled and who isn't.... xD

At the same time, this has always been the case hasn't it? People who already i90 can be bad players.

Lol people need to get over themselves. A game wont live if someone takes off for say 6 months and then has no chance to catch up. Wow does this exact same thing in giving players a chance to catch up to the current content. Yet a lot of players still cant catch up and spend all there catch up time catching up still. The more hard core players still always a step ahead. this is an MMO all you need to get head s Time nothing else no matter how bad you are if you got the time you will always be ahead of the curve.

I know a quite a few bad players who just because they have a lot of time and the correct jobs have stream rolled the game. Just like every other game out in the market Time > "Skillz". A lot of players who have this so called "SKILLZ" just fallow a strat online they see a video of then just spam it tell they got the timing down that's not "SKILLZ" that's something you could even train a 5 year old 2 do. Ontop of that they keep clearing stuff that they are over geared for. You know there is something wrong when you gotta be Item level 85 do Ultima *Drops Item level 80 Armor*. I even saw someone post Moogle king for item level 80 *Vomits*

I took me 1 day to master how to be Ultima. It took me 6 trys to Master the Moogles. T1 / T 2 Was a joke from the first time I did them Item level 73 PLD. Have not done T3 yet will do that today. Yet I know ill done fine in it just like all the other content. I have seen in this game and many other this game aint hard.

Its all about learning. Some people learn a different ways some people learn by studying IE they watch the video and know exactly what 2 do. They have a heads up others learn by doing and figuring out what they did wrong. Others just don't learn anyways. While group a may have an initial uperhand person doing method 2 will catch up and quite often surpass them. People who do turn 2 also have a good chance to adjust when they tweek the content because well its how they learn anyways. WHile im not saying people in the first group cant also do the same thing its just less of a chance. Its simple there minds are not made to function like that sorta like the whole thing of street smart and book smart ^^
