    Many ppl aren't tossing all the blame on SE. The problem with these forums is ignorance of posts towards those affected by the unaffected. You have the opposite as well, but sadly these forums by practice lean the other way.

    The posts I refer to are the 100%:
    - It's your ISP
    - Change ISPs
    - It is not SE's problem to address at all as it has nothing to do with them.
    - It's out of SE's control.

    Posts by the unaffected, that don't care read over 50 days of complaints and concerns, with no feedback from the developer. Which is part of the problem as it is their service being affected and their customers.

    Granted SE could be silent on the matter due to contractual obligations and likely is trying to work on the matter at hand.

    You can be a Network Engineer, Datacenter tech, highly knowledgeable on the Internet or a lawyer. In the end, we all do not know SE's contracts, agreements, limitations, and responsibilities with other companies, specifically the details.

    All I am saying is their allot of conjectures flying around about a subject that people don't fully understand by doing a google search to base their opinion on. From what I have seen from multiple post beside this one from the number of player's effect based on forums post it is a small % of player effect by this it could be the result of why there has been no responds. If it have been a large portion of the player base that was effected I am positive something would be announced without fully going in detail on server's or contract aspects. Granted that is my conjecture on my part also but if it is indeed a small % it would make sense they wouldn't post a responds right off the bat it be under investigation for the cause and would need information for example what the effected players can do is give basic information on ISP provider etc.

    This would be more helpful so SE can see the range or pattern and scope of the issue at hand instead of what we have known granted also these are the forums and we don't exactly have the most mature people here when it comes to subjects and a responds to player issue would be a nice gesture on SE part if they respond don't get me wrong. If anything another post or an old one that maybe I've seen before where dev's asked for your computer spec and isp provider could be more helpful instead of just a complain about it and say fix it for some poster's not all. Also I wouldn't put it under general forums and put it under tech support instead. I don't want to come off the wrong way not my intent when posting this.
