

And again, it's not between SE and Level3. SE doesn't pay Level3 to carry their data. They pay Ormuco, since that is their ISP, and even if they DID get another ISP, they could just end up getting routed through the same Level3 routers that are choking.Contracts are just that...a contract! So if one member of the contract, level3 in this case is not holding up what they promised a smooth connection free from lag(as im sure SE would have stated such things in the contract) then that means SE has the right to back out and use a better service. But alas until we have official words from SE it remains speculation and anger in the community...
