Would it be possible to give apkallu the same treatment that the sheeps got in Coerthas?

Apkallu are only on one area, limited in number and their eggs are required for so many cooking recipe.

More spawn points for Ornery Karakuls in Coerthas were added. That's the similar treatment I would like to see given that apkallu eggs are required for 7 of the level 40+ cooking recipes. They are artificially scarce and camped by botter, restricting access to the rest of us.

If you can't out claim those terrible egg botters you should be ashamed of yourself. We have botters on balmung that camp the rock and bot all the spawns there, it's super easy to outclaim them, you should try harder not ask to make the game easier.
