One house per account just means the FC's second in command can simply buy the 2nd house. Anyway, take a look at the current housing wards. Most servers barely have the first ward filled up in one city. Just ignore what other FCs are or are not doing and work on raising money for your own house in whatever ward you feel like. Ward 1 plots are not better than plots in other wards so fretting over that is just comparing dick sizes.

I said "or cut down on it". So yeah, instead of people using all their alts to buy lots, they could only use one character. And I'm not comparing dick sizes. I have no clue where you randomly pulled that out of.
