1) Only 1 house per FC.
2) You can't resell a house or the land it was built on.
FCs which have made satellite FCs to buy additional houses are wasting money.

You assume too much when reading my post.
That is what I meant. FCs will use alt characters to create another FC to buy more land. I think IN ORDER TO FIX THAT(or cut down on it, really), they can limit 1 house per account. So someone can't use the max amount of alt characters to buy up lots.
One house per account just means the FC's second in command can simply buy the 2nd house. Anyway, take a look at the current housing wards. Most servers barely have the first ward filled up in one city. Just ignore what other FCs are or are not doing and work on raising money for your own house in whatever ward you feel like. Ward 1 plots are not better than plots in other wards so fretting over that is just comparing dick sizes. You assume too much when reading my post.

This information is almost a year old and was released before the game was even out. It has been contradicted by later Live Letters and interviews, as well as the currently implemented game design itself. House permits can be bought/sold on the MB but not the land deeds themselves and no one ever does anyway because they're bought from an NPC for a flat fee. Given this, I would venture to guess that the Live Letter VI info is either mistranslated or the game design has changed since 10 months ago.
Once again putting words into my mouth. *Sigh*One house per account just means the FC's second in command can simply buy the 2nd house. Anyway, take a look at the current housing wards. I said "or cut down on it". So yeah, instead of people using all their alts to buy lots, they could only use one character. And I'm not comparing dick sizes. I have no clue where you randomly pulled that out of.
Quoting myself:
I personally don't care if someone buys almost every plot of land.SE goes on about prices being high because they don't want the same people to buy up all the lots, but I think the very simple fix to that is to limit one per account.

If you don't care if "someone buys almost every plot of land", then why bother with asking for a limit to one house per account?Once again putting words into my mouth. *Sigh*

O.K. Let me recap.
SE said that they put the house price high because they don't want the same people to buy all the plots.
If they instead limited one house per account, they may not need to put the prices so high. Yes, people could still give their second, third, fourth, etc in command gil to buy plots, but they wouldn't be able to make a bunch of alts on top of that to buy more.
OOOOOOOOOOO:
That is why I suggested it.
I suggested an idea that might get the house price down, only to be randomly told that I am measuring dicks. XD lol
Also - to add onto the conversation - just because plots of land cannot be resold now, doesn't mean they never will.
