It's the usual "I HAEV NU PRUBLEMS SO NOBODY DOES HURR DURR!!1!" that keeps going since page 1.
Is it really so hard to understand it?
Your arguments are flawed as well. The first is the ever-so-often used argument from ignorance. And the phrase 'I'm sure there's barely anyone that has those problems, if at all' is clearly FALSE. Have you been reading the posts in this thread?
Second, just because the problem doesn't affect EVERYONE or EVERYONE ALL THE TIME doesn't imply (i) it doesn't affect SOME people SOME of the (crucial) times. Moreover, it can still be SE's fault when they created problems that happen to SOME people SOME of the time. Since when for a fault to be blameworthy it necessarily needs to fulfil your criteria of 'everyone' and 'all the time' clause? For instance, I am a forgetful cashier at a grocery checkout - I give back the wrong change to *some* of my customer *some* of the time - does that mean I am not at fault?
Honestly a bit of movement prediction server side would fix most of this. If you're running to the right you should stay that way until the server gets the packet that says you stopped.
Can someone with the lag/delay issue tell me how you do against the extreme primals (titan in particular) ? I have a slight delay, and I find Titan Hard manageable, however when i see videos of titan extreme it just looks impossible to dodge all his abilities with the delay.
i just had to memorize it backwards and forwardsCan someone with the lag/delay issue tell me how you do against the extreme primals (titan in particular) ? Memorization helps, but sometimes the instance servers are just inherently lagging. Pro groups that I *know* can dodge will get hit by stupid things they would never get hit by, like bombs or landslide. Note that I'm pretty sure these laggy instances don't affect everyone, or at least you won't notice the effect if you have a pretty good connection naturally. I'll enter Titan extreme with people and four people I know can dodge still die, even though I feel my connection is fine. Then we reenter and everyone does everything flawlessly. It absolutely baffles me how unbalanced the instance servers can be. And then there are times of the day where no one has lag issues, ever, and we are farming these fights nonstop for hours. I think it has to do with congestion... and the time of the day/week. Going on primetime on a Monday is sure to spell trouble.
You cannot avoid AE with any reliability, at least if you play in Europe. You can be the best player (like me!), you can pay attention, dodge AE and still get slaughtered even though you are yards outside the AE area. They need to do a position update whenever you cross an AE border, not wait for a cast or a turn.
Destroyed the fun of the game, the rest of which I really liked.
Shame, could have been a great game otherwise

Sorry to say bro but your problems don't lie with the game.
I live in Australia. When I'm in Melbourne my ping is ~240. It's VERY playable. Things are responsive and dodging is visually correct. When I'm at work on my mobile phone internet, my ping is ~380. It's still easily playable. I have no troubles on any of the fights in the game. Ping, or the game, aren't your issues. It's more likely the problem lies with your house's internet cables, your modem or your ISP.
Don't blame the game for something that isn't its fault.
Memorization, huh? So much fun!
I'm also in Melbourne, what ISP are you with? I get around 270ms with Internode, and lately I've been able to dodge things fine but whenever I enter Titan EX I get huge lag spikes making it impossible. Then I just abused by everyone - getting really sick of that..Sorry to say bro but your problems don't lie with the game.

"... and so I close, realizing that perhaps the ending has not yet been written."
