Stupid argumentation. What you advocate is a meaningless grind to level cap, and then rushing through low-level dungeons with no effort. They did not remove the level cap from CoP because it was a bad idea per se, but in order to let people catch up easily on older content.

In the same vein:

If the person wouldn't do this by itheir own will, why would forcing them to do so make things better?

If you gave every LV 1 player the option to receive a fully upgraded relic weapon, how many would refuse? So why don't they simply hand out relic weapons? Hint: People will always take the easier road when offered, but that doesn't mean they don't like challenge.
