    Why it will most likely not happen, the Olympic committee holds an iron grip on everything related to it. If Square wanted to do an event based on it, they would have to pay a pretty large amount to allow it. The closest you could get without that is like what Blizzard did with the Chinese dragon, "Spirit of Competition" was the name they gave it. If you only skirt the topic, not use the name outright. That said, i could see Square doing it for the one that is in Japan coming up.

    I didn't realise that at all, but of course it makes sense, just like the Super Bowl or any other huge competition is so bound by red tape it hurts. That's too bad

    Pretty much this. You better believe NBC paid a hefty licensing fee to be able to broadcast the games.
