well FF11 had a lot of time for devellop him npc, story, world and character system...
we are 4-5 month after the release of ARR, that have changed a lot of thing.

I love the sh$$ out of this game. If you don't like it, move on^^ as with every other activity in life. I think the direction in this game is fantastic and does the series much justice.

Exactly this, if I want the game to change at all, I need to show them they need to change it.. If I just keep paying them to do what they're doing... they're gonna keep doing what they're doing. Why do you think companies like EA get away with all the sh!t they do, people pay them.

I'm not saying the game is bad by any means, it does some things amazingly, but for a game I'm paying monthly for I expect content I'd actually enjoy. Not some extreme mode version of a boss I've already fought and broken PvP.

They need to fix a lot in the game, I agree. And after seeing what the team did in resurrecting the game from the disaster that was 1.0, I'm confident that they will do so. If you don't have that same belief in the development team then it's best to just move on to another game. Good luck in finding something that scratches your itch.

I personally don't know any FF game that is 80% filler content and only 20% actual story quests, dungeons, and cutscenes.

Pretty much every single Final Fantasy since VII. And its precisely what make it enjoyable if you play the XIII you know what I mean.

Coming from SW:TOR, this games environment is amazing. I love it. It feels much more alive to me than many other MMOs I have played. I think SE did a good job in that department. However, it wouldn't hurt if more things were interactive. As for the story part of the discussion, there's not much I can add to it. Personally, I don't care about the story. Spacebarred through all of it to endgame, because that's all I want to play. I did the same thing for every MMO that I played. The friends who came from SW:TOR with me probably share the same sentiments. I'm sure it's not too uncommon.
