Housing Ideas and Feature Requests

Several nice suggestions all. On regards to the housing limit ideally I would like to see the 200 item cap in large increased to at least 400 (500-600 would be really nice especially for future content additions) and maybe a at least 10 item increase outside (anything more would be nice as well). I am not sure about the other houses except mediums 150 inside limit, but I imagine with the small size increase they will desire a larger inside limit as well. Thanks for forwarding the suggestions as well.

Many of us are eager to know if there will ever be a cap increase on the number of furnishings. 200 for a large house is too small of a cap.

Example.. Buy a large house, pay 1m up front, then everyday pay 100k or you lose the house.
If you miss a payment even one day you forfeit plot and house.

This would let people without 50m plus buy and try houses out.
It could also spurt the economy as people look for ways to make their mortgages daily.

I think it would be great if they added things culinarian could make for housing. Fruit bowl displays, catered displays, cake displays, wine bottles, maybe a chocolate fountain, etc. A welcoming home always has food on display, and this would allow culinarians to get involved in housing too! Plus I would love to bring over a cake to gift neighbors when they buy houses in the area =D

maybe even make it so the display slowly disappears after a few real game days and has to be refreshed, like its been eaten =D

Personally I would really like a jukebox or music player so you could customize music for your house. Could have music discs or relics that you could earn in game this would make housing complete for me.

I would really like to see more moving NPC's in the towns. Right now they seem really empty even with a bunch of houses in the ward, so why not make townspeople NPC's that walk around the town to make it seem more alive and not like a ghost town

Turn players logging out inside their house into NPCs please...
