Don't shoot the messenger here but it may have something to do with PSN (PlayStation Network) authorisation. I've had similar experiences in other games where multiple platforms were concerned. Shop items had to go through PSN approval before they could be rolled out which often only impacted PS players but S-E seem to adopt a, "Everyone receives or no one does" approach.

No actually the phone call did not work. It still took a few days to actually get my restoration through. And this was after replying to the in-game ticket several times.

Also Yes, I fianlly got my restoration after a month of banging my head against a wall.

And yet again.. the PS3 hampers the good things. It is probably the case.. who knows.

I doubt it has to do with PS3 considering the sale of the fantasia will be on the mog station, which should not affect the playstation network.

woot, got my fantasia reimbursed with my one time item restore today, after petitioning about 3 weeks ago and sending another email 2 days ago i was finally reimbursed last night!

What's with all these people being "reimbursed"? Did everyone somehow lose their fantasias to a glitch or are they all just abusing the system for a free one?
