When I send in a ticket to technical support with a problem I expect a reply. Maybe I've been spoiled by good customer service?

When I send in a ticket to technical support with a problem I expect a reply. Maybe I've been spoiled by good customer service?

Both in-game, via their web technical support page and here on the forums. I did get an automated response through the in-game interface forwarding me to their FAQ and support section, but nothing since. It's not acceptable and surely you agree? I'm trying to imagine recommending this to someone;
"It's a great game, I absolutely love it. It just doesn't work with some ISP. It's not their fault though, so don't worry about it.."
"What do you mean it doesn't work?"
"Well it's not everyone, but I'm just throwing it out there; if you're unlucky enough to be using an incompatible ISP you won't be able to play it. The lag will be unbearable.."
