I don't understand why people who can't finish the best pve content should be rewarded with the best items.
Can't finish =/= Can't win loot. Last week was the first time I ever won a coil drop. Won another this week, but yeah. Should being unlucky and not winning loot in content with weekly lockout stop you from having decent gear?
