I know who he is, and without proof, it's still just some guy saying "they said it's okay," you must be being intentionally ridiculous. No one could be so silly unless it was intentional. If he's the guy who wrote it, if he got permission, he should have proof. You think someone who can make something as popular and downloaded as that parser would be stupid enough to NOT get things to prove his claims?

The fact that the tool is published by ZAM is proof enough my friend. You do understand that they're a premier site for both FFXIV and FFXI and would never do anything to jeopardise that, don't you? Publishing a tool which violated the ToS is about the last thing they'd do, it would pretty much be commercial suicide for the site.

Anyway, have you got some responses for those PM's yet?
