I already read that, but thank you all the same. That is the post of some guy saying they said it was okay. Which is exactly what I just described. You should understand what you read more before saying someone else should read more. You should read more, it's not up to us to prove you wrong when you're simply being ignorant. But for your enlightenment:

I hate people who post parser results.... Somehow my DPS is always WAY too low on their parsers... I've even used my own parser, and had double the dps that was posted.
I'm a SMN, and I'm sure that has something to do with it. I have ilvl80 gear, but get like 150 dps according to some peoples parsers -_-
Don't like parsers, but if they are allowing it, at least integrate it into the game already ! So we get the right results at least...
That's the guy that wrote the tool, or did you miss that bit? He's not just "some guy on the internet".I already read that, but thank you all the same. Tell you what, PM Wint and Icehunter on ZAM and ask them. Then get back to us.
Argument status: still invalid.
I know who he is, and without proof, it's still just some guy saying "they said it's okay," you must be being intentionally ridiculous. No one could be so silly unless it was intentional. If he's the guy who wrote it, if he got permission, he should have proof. You think someone who can make something as popular and downloaded as that parser would be stupid enough to NOT get things to prove his claims?
I'm the King of America. I really am.
The fact that the tool is published by ZAM is proof enough my friend. You do understand that they're a premier site for both FFXIV and FFXI and would never do anything to jeopardise that, don't you? Publishing a tool which violated the ToS is about the last thing they'd do, it would pretty much be commercial suicide for the site.I know who he is, and without proof, it's still just some guy saying "they said it's okay," you must be being intentionally ridiculous. Anyway, have you got some responses for those PM's yet?

The entire world is built on proof. You assume too much. There is a reason you have to be able to prove any claim you make. The developer of something saying it was fine couldn't possibly benefit that person in any way... this is why I'm sure they have proof. Because if they don't, as you said: suicide.
So, I fail to see how it is so dastardly to ask for proof from a person who could make financial gains by lying. Taking people at their world is noble, but not how things work since the early 1950s.
Yes Zam a site that has been known in the past to provide easy transport of keyloggers and such to gamers PCs. I have to agree with Peptaru. He is just some guy on the internet with no proof to back up his claim. I find it interesting that you put so much trust in people that are just faceless entities on a website. Just because it's an established website does not mean they have your best interest at heart. The claims from Zam amount to screen shot or it didn't happen. Any astute business owner will tell you get it in writing, or it means nothing. The fact that the tool is published by ZAM is proof enough my friend. This is generally how I am hearing it related to the real world
Person A picks up a knife and points it at person B asking for money, the Cops come on person B plead and arrests person A
Person A try to to whip up a storm on the local news paper that Cops are arresting people for holding a knife, bla bla bla, unfair, human rights, etc.
It doesn't change the fact that you try to use something to rob others, and claim it was a problem with the way you hold your knife.
