Possible changes to Limit Break

Bards are the only class that have a majority of their abilities while being mobile. Allowing them the DPS Limit Break would cause an imbalance since party damage is namely what fills the LB Meter. What would be the purpose of bringing any other DPS class if the Bard could maintain 95%+ uptime on its DPS and had the Limit Break to back it up?

Having more purpose than having 2 bards in a light party. They could always make their limit break not as strong, similar to using a caster limit break on a single target.

Because we're lower dps than other jobs at equal gear/skill (unless the fight vastly favors us, and even then. . .) and stacking 4 bards would mean that most fights you wouldn't even see a T3 LB.
