ACT has been accurately parsing Flaming Arrow and Shadow Flare for a couple of weeks or so now. It also simulates DoTs very accurately and shows a very nice breakdown of each tick from the simulation. It also includes the player's name next to their egi in the parser, making it easier to distinguish when multiple SMNs are in party.
