There's nothing wrong with parsing at all unless you take offense to someone telling you that your DPS was awful.

I think this was the whole point, the reason of the warning and I must say I agree to this, it is rather leading to malicious attitude when we use parsers to penalize other people's capabilities and thus encouraging them to use the 3rd -party application to also use it against other players which leads to a chain of neverending offense.

The parsers don't lead to malicious attitudes and don't have a negative impact on people and how they play. Terrible players will be terrible, and malicious players will be malicious regardless of them using a parser or not.

That said, it is neither a malicious nor elitist act to tell somebody that their dps is bad, especially when that same bad dps was just trash talking the entire group.
