We have the main tank walk into the conflag,so he takes no dmg from twin, and the 2 healers dps as well.

Also remember that the more ppl are in fireball, the quicker the conflag blows up.

We run with a smn and a sch so we stack the pets on the OT. anyone who gets fireball runs to the OT. if fireball lands on the OT he just eats it.

I believe all pets collectively count as 1 individual for Waxen Flash.

A bit more in-depth about Conflags:

    - Every 1st, 3rd, 5th, etc. Conflag is considered a "slow Conflag". What this means is during the duration of these Conflags, another party member will get targeted by Fireball. If they then run inside the Conflag, it extends the duration of the current Conflag.
    - Every 2nd, 4th, 6th, etc. Conflag is considered a "fast Conflag". Nobody will be targeted by Fireball during this time, so you won't have an opportunity to reset/extend the duration of the Conflag. This is the part where everyone needs to throw out their full DPS.
    - Anyone who runs into the Conflag becomes Fettered (unable to move), and cannot be targeted. For this reason, the MT should run into the Conflags but only if their health is high enough. Twintania will not be able to attack them, which means healers can spend the time DPS-ing instead. Just be ready to top up the tank's health, as Twintania resumes attacking once the Conflag is down.
    - Off-tanks should turn off their tanking stance during the Fireball/Conflag phase, as you want to be maximizing damage here.
    - (Correct me if I'm wrong someone) Make sure everyone's health is quite topped up, or they at least have a Regen on them. They will suffer Burn damage ticks while inside Conflag, and if their health drops to zero before the Conflag timer expires, the Conflag will still explode.
    - A non-resetted/extended Conflag after Fireball hits 4 people lasts for roughly 15 seconds. The other option is to have 3 people take the damage, so that Conflag lasts longer but you'll have to be sure you have enough health for it. The duration of Conflag is inversely proportionate to the number of people the prior Fireball hit - the more people who get hit by Fireball, the shorter the duration of the Conflag.

Not at all the case, the benefit to stacking pets is that they take reduced aoe damage, so if the OT gets targeted before the fast one you can just do a 3 stack and make the next fast conflag not so fast.

I seem to remember trying it with a party that had a SMN and a SCH. They stacked both pets + me the OT behind Twintania. If someone got targeted by Fireball, they'd run to me and both pets. I remember it counted as 3 stacks of Waxen Flesh in total, for 2 pets, OT, and FB target.

Yes it splits the damage among the pets too, but for Conflag purposes, it also counts as one stack of Waxen Flesh. That's the point I'm trying to get across.

    Jungilee's post is correct.

The only thing I'd clarify is that Tanks should run into the Conflag only if she's casting a death sentence, otherwise, they don't take that much dmg (just very slow belly flops and swipes in between) so it's better if they stay outside and help dps. It won't interfere with healers slightly dpsing.

The other thing is, you don't need to be fully topped up if you have a regen on you, so a good idea is for WHM to cast medica II right before fireball goes off, itll last til conflag. However, sometimes this will cause them to be killed, such as when they run in right after they were the target of fireball (or ate a fireball and didn't have a lot of health), even if they have a medica II ticking on them, they'll get really low, then if they ever get plummeted after the tank runs in, they'll die guaranteed. So what I do is always cast medica II, then get a quick cure on them (if they're the conflag target).
