I don't think that hardcore players should be held back just because of someone that has to work all week and isn't even going to hit the cap anyways.

Easy there...I work 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday and I cap every week.

Yes, I know that eliminating the cap would create a large group of i90 people running around not knowing their job, but that is what FCs, vote kicking, and Party Finder are for. Eliminate the trash players and find good ones.

...I can't believe you just said that. You couldn't be farther from the truth. That would 100% be abuse of the vote kick system. And completely punishable. That is NOT what it is there for. It is there for 4 reasons outlined when you start the vote kick: Harassment, AFK, Offline, and one other thing I can't remember off the top of my head...which is certainly not "kick the new / trash player so that I can find a good one and get what 'I' need because this is about me." If you vote kick anyone wrongly...all they have to do is report you.
