You cannot blame other players for failure to obtain new items and progress in content, there are several paths of gear progression and even though you can not kit out your job with BiS in a week does not mean you cannot have several serviceable jobs available. I have two coil capable jobs and I'm working on a 3rd, as we are on the same server I know there are several FC's out there you can join that will help make this happen.
I would, if I had the Myths to gear it up. Not going to waste my precision Coil loot on a third job.
