    I'm wondering if the common denominator problem we are all having is we are passing over the cogentco network.

    My traffic starts in Ontario starts heading ENE to Montreal, then boom, thrown back to Kansas 3000km away...

    My ISP says they dont throttle, but maybe Cogentco does?

    this seems so. this issue is affecting my ISP as well. I am waiting for the lag time. Apparently my ISP admins can reroute our path. I am gonna try that tonight.
