Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

- When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?): Happened all of a sudden yesterday (March 6th) and hasn't stopped since. It's worse in main city with multiple disconnects.

Edit: This is the only online game that lags. No complaints in the house with other game lag (either pc or consoles). My downloads are always max speed.

Occurance: A lag spike every few minutes with a 90000 disconnect every half hour or so. This is fairly new. I've been playing for almost a month and this just started recently. No issues before that.

- It started this Saturday (2014-03-08) at around 17:00. During the daytime on Sunday it was fine but it started to lag at around 17:00 again. Yesterday and today I had the same issues (couldn't test during the day due to work).

Pretty much any time of the day there would be major traffic. Game is pretty much unplayable for days but it will swap over and be completely fine for a few hours.

Time- Not 100% sure, I resubbed this afternoon after a few months off due to financial issues. Worked perfectly fine on release but after 2.1 it seems that Im getting occasional lag spikes. People stopping and then running is all Ive run into so far. I only played consistently from about 9 to 11 and I got the occasional lag spike during it.

I have no reference number as I havent called yet, It's late and I dont want to be on the phone for an hour or two at 12am. Will call them in the morning, though I doubt I'll get very far.
