Duty Roulette - low level - same dungeons???

Hello all,

Currently in the Duty Roulette system, the lower level dungeons are being selected more often. However, for patch 2.15 we'll be looking into making system changes that will affect this. While the main focus will remain on prioritizing selection of content that is lacking players, we'd like to make it easier to do content of a wider level spread.

Can you also please explain why 8 times out of 10 i get sastasha when running low level duty roulette and no other low level dungeon. Apparently more players are affected by this.
