I hope your right.. if they make the templar's gear up-gradable, similar to the vintage stuff, MAYBE it would be worth getting :P atm no.. not really I'd rather go play minecraft, in which case i'd rather play starcraft. It's not astronomically higher. Without failing you usually get 45-70k sp a rotation. With failing it's usually 65-80. It skews the average up by about 17k sp a week, ignoring surplus which failing leves pushes you into. There's an automatic buffer. Youll still hit surplus if you don't fail leves, and if you hit surplus, I just suggest not insisting on pushing that 30% sp loss higher.
My guess is that faction gear is going to be heavily materia'able. It has insanely large requirements, rarely is won with those requirements, is rank 50, and requires multiple people.
Right now the faction gear is lol. I don't think it will be like that for much longer.

I tend to keep dunesfolk,ACU,raveries and levinshower,I try to only get blade and shield leves with my remainigs 4 spots, and double leves help, finish one then fail the other.Anyway I think that way keeps it pretty balanced but truth be told its all up to your individual playing style. No use getting mad over something you cant controll.
You should check out a Hoary Toads in Iron Lake. Its like a poor-man's Dunesfolk. Gives better SP than Cracked Up
From what I hear necrologos inferno is good as well though I forget the range for it. I've done it once or twice but it's in Limsa, and I'm usually in ul'dah with low anima..

Astronomically higher in the sense of efficiency. You get 8 people in a group, all leve linking and its absurd amounts of SP in a very short amount of time. The whole thing is absurd no matter which way you cut it. I hope, again I say, they take that junk out because its a cancer in this game.

Would you have an issue if you could renew the same leve if you successfully completed it? That would give even more SP! Or is the whole concept of getting lots of SP absurd to you?
Your loss!
the community is the cancer of this game. I try to start a party and I'm told to solo or else I'm a noob? Yeah ok. It has nothing to do with leves. Its all the WoW fanboys that migrated over and haven't left yet.Astronomically higher in the sense of efficiency. Healer strike is ridiculously foolish and accomplishes nothing

also, if you are redoing them, you KILL your aspect so you cant get it every time
smart people do a 4 man run every cycle, not an 8 man, they get 1196 per kill on dunes, 766 per kill on the others, and always have aspect ready cuz they dont overuse it having to repeat everything 5 times for the same sp as the 4 man group does
also, it wont get scrapped, so get over it

leves are absurd. You should have to grind on mobs just like in every other FF game. This easy mode is bullcrap.
