Just finished the quest and was disappointed we didn't get a new mount. I thought it might be the black unicorn i keep hearing about, or more fittingly a horse, but nothing. I wouldn't have expected anything only the quest seemed to be building up to something..

I have to admit that I screen shot some of the dialog in this quest line. I wasn't expecting in the least for someone to go bantering on about wanting to mount my character let alone so boldly and from the Ishguard area. o-O; I typed that out in FC chat and they thought I was joking.

I knew there was not going to be any pony or horse at the end of it all but did it anyway for the hell of it. Though I admit i was worried to press forward with the one npc expecting to see me around sometime after his banter of wanting my character as his faithful mount. >_>; I think I'll keep away from Dragonhead for a while.

Yeahhhh...I was C&Ping some of the dialogue to friends in one of my linkshells, and they were like, "DID HE ACTUALLY SAY THAT?!"

I spent several moments just staring at the computer screen. >.>
