Winning personality right there...matter of fact I'm trying to grasp it all though some of the abbreviations I'm not familiar with (such as GCD).
Only started about a week ago, so forgive me if I wasn't born with a spear in my arm unlike some

Anyway a video tutorial would help new players, though the class doesn't seem to favor them.

A video tutorial is very unlikely. It's not as though the game is hard to play. All of the information that one would need to learn is already written in the master post on P1, everything else is presently just end-game speculation. As for abbreviations:

GCD=Global Cooldown. Cooldown being the amount of time to recast an ability. GCD are abilities that share a cooldown, and in the case of almost every class, that is a 2.5 second timer in-between every ability. True Thrust and Vorpal Thrust are both on the global cooldown. This means that there is going to be 2.5 seconds between these abilities, almost every time. Some of your abilities; however, aren't on this shared cool-down. Blood for Blood, Leg
Sweep, and your jumps later on are all moves that don't share the Global Cooldown, and therefore you don't have to wait to use them. To get the most out of them, using them in-between your GCD abilities is most recommended.

Anyone using feint in garuda extreme? Seeing that its pretty rare that slow is working on any endgame boss i feel i should be using it but i am not really sure when and where to put it into my rotation.

reading everything in this thread would be the most beneficial for a new player. i came and read everything when i learned of the thread and now my dps is in line with everyone else in my coil group. a video with all the relevant info would still be a relatively long video.

I don't think we ever get brought along for our laughable utility. Just keep pumping out that sweet sweet damage.

Thanks for the info. Parsing at 468 would be great! Try to parse all of T5 non-stop if you can (if it takes more than 1 attempt).

Actually if you can get it a little lower that'd be good, snowy is saying he has parses of no misses at 463 (which we'll hopefully see) so maybe we could start there and go up or down as needed? 468 is fine though if that's as close as you can get.

T5 gear @455 accuracy


Logrep parse, 0.4% miss rate, 24 mins is however a very small sample size


Will try again next week with around ~465 accuracy.

@ChaozK: If I were to use it, I'd probably do it like the old 2.0 rotation, but replace Fracture with Feint. It's a 20 second debuff after all.
