Did anything in you learned in T1 help you to beat T2 ? From my viewpoint, the answer is a big no. All these encounters are totally different.

I have to disagree with only that particular point : doing ADS in T1 DO preapare you for the bases of the ADS in T2, aka silencing high voltage, avoiding the rays...

If only... As both european and no-VPN user, this might prove much more difficult done than said. I often get hit by some shit while being way out of the red lines... even when never being in these at all

Yet those are basics which you should have already accustomed yourself with before even going into coil.
While silencing is not one such mechanic on many things outside of Coil. (Pre 2.1 Chimera comes to mind. I haven't fought him after yet) dodging is taught even at lower level.

The T1 ADS fight does not prepare you for anything other than those two mechanics which are pretty much the easiest parts of the entire fight.
