Oh no, I do. You don't understand that if they take it off the GCD, it means we can use it "instantly" without having to plan for a stun, which means that it would come with a heftier cooldown. And that's something I *don't* want, because being able to use it whenever the GCD's up helps a hell of a lot more when you're fighting multiple enemies with AoE's, or if you simply screw up and stun the enemy at the wrong time.

why does off the GCD, mean long recast. that strange that u think the develompent cant make a skill off the gcd and still use tp.
