Shield BAsh and the GCD

I think it would be a much better idea, to put shield swipe off the gcd and keep bash there, because swipe as it is pretty useless and takes up valuable space by lvl 50.

I rather like Shield Swipe the way it is, and I do try to use it when applicable, but I approve of this idea. I think all of the reactionary abilities should be off of the GCD(Shield Swipe, Haymaker...am I missing any?).

Then again, Shield Swipe is really only useful when you block an attack and see an enemy charging a skill, so...yeah. I think this would be more a Haymaker buff than a Shield Swipe buff.
