Every single thing you cited is suggestive, or implied, sexual content. There isn't explicit sex anywhere in the game. Except my inn room.

There's an NPC that makes a remark about how a prostitute gave him "crotch rot". That's not an implication, he straight up said he got an STD.

I have never once heard of anyone using this game exclusively as a 'sex meetup' do people perform in appropriate / sexual emotes? Absolutely. Do they pick up the game for the sole purpose of running around cybering anyone who isn't afk (and some who are?) I think not.
