How do you submit a ticket? I only submitted one bug report but they say you don't get replies for those. How do you get a reply?This just happened to me. I was too busy playing to worry about passing, thinking it would just discard itself or go to the person who needed it. It drops on me and now my loot roll is screwed for the week. I submitted two tickets and got two replies saying to submit a bug report. Do I?
Oh, if you meant through System > Support Desk I did put in a report of a bug. They specifically say they will not be able to provide an individual reponse to the reports though. Is there any way to get a direct response?

I just had this happen as well today. I hope that they fix this issue since I am now locked out until next week for gear.![]()
Also chiming in to say this is crap.
One of two things needs to happen:
1) The game needs to default to Pass in CT, instead of just letting loot drop to someone if the rest of their party leaves the instance (but this would also require recoding to make it so that the treasure pool remains if only one party member remains, which is... you know, potentially hard work, I'm sure -.-)
Ideally, what really should happen, because it's not even ilvl 90+ gear and therefore not even really fantastic stuff, is:
2) The game allows you only to acquire one piece of gear via Need/Greed per week. In any other case, gear can still randomly fall into your inventory if nobody lots for it. This would also solve the problem of literally having no reason to do this dungeon for the rest of the week after getting your whopping one piece of loot.

Well ive submit a ticket 4 that issue and they only thing i get as a answer was we are srry and please press pass on unwanted item and this out of range 4 us to help u . What a lazy reply i must said ......
