When can we expect THF?

I said this before on another post but..

I dug up my old post about Yoshi-P's plans for releasing new class/jobs as Major updates.

as you can see we can expect them later since Musketeer class is his current priority

Also before any Job is released they must have a City-State to originate from since each Job originates from different City States whether they are current or Ancient city States.

Radz-at-Han seems to be a good place to have Thief Job originate from there since current hints show that Radz-at-Han could be a Chinese themed City State.

Radz-at-Han is located across the Jade Sea.
