Seriously, guys, how the heck is "the time permitted in the instanced dungeon" supposed to refer to the loot timer? That makes no effing sense.Except it doesn't say Dungeon Timer expires either. It just says if the Timer expires while doing the dungeon and you get a piece of Loot its your one for the week. Since the entire paragraph is talking about Loot drops in CT. It doesn't take much to infer that the timer they are talking about is the Loot timer.

So pretty much OP didn't click pass and then got an item when the timer expired due to their own incompetence in pressing pass. Lockout resets in a day anyway bud you'll live.

I have no idea what your augment is. It's been stated by many here how the system works and it's been that way since 2.0
But for some reason you say that's irrelevant when it's the entire point of the topic. Are you saying that it shouldn't be the way it is? Yes that's true, are you saying they didn't make that very clear? Absolutely. But find someone who disagrees. Everyone here has simply said how it works and nothing more. And if that's not what your complaint is about then your the one who's not clear kuz I don't even know why your disagreeing with everyone when no one is disagreeing with you
Did you somehow miss the three people or so trying to tell me that the phrase "the time permitted in the instanced dungeon" is supposed to refer to the actual loot timer and not the dungeon timer? Because several people keep saying that it does, even though I see no way that could be the case.
So, you were too lazy to click a button so now you're mad the game did what it has done since it was relaunched? This is why I hate running WP/AK. People run them for items, yet everyone is too lazy to click pass so the new guys can actually get their items.
Stop being lazy and you won't be "shafted". There's a pass button for a reason.
Also, they shouldn't even have to tell you what happens if you don't press any of the buttons. There was no change to that system, so why put it in a list of changes? Not to mention by the time Vanity comes you'll probably have plenty of your items from there, anyway...
I swear, people just love complaining...

thats great but what are you trying to accomplish? trying get everyone to see that they didnt explain it very well?Did you somehow miss the three people or so trying to tell me that the phrase "the time permitted in the instanced dungeon" is supposed to refer to the actual loot timer and not the dungeon timer? whose disagreeing with that
I would absolutely agree that no action at the end of loot timer has to be equal to Pass.
If a person does not care to press a loot button it means only that he does not care of loot itself and does not need it.
Absolutely hilarious that Coil geared chars loot AK/WP/... gear cause really they can't even vendor it. And the automatic action is "Need".
Its a bad translation, there are alot of instances of poor translation in the patch notes. It obviously should be fixed, but it is what it is.Did you somehow miss the three people or so trying to tell me that the phrase "the time permitted in the instanced dungeon" is supposed to refer to the actual loot timer and not the dungeon timer? I don't think it needs fixing. If something you don't want drops, pass it. Seems so simple, yet look at the fuss it's causing! People are trying to justify the 'poorly designed' aspect of this, but I can't really see that it is a poor design if you are provided with ample opportunity to pass the item, which you are.
