Pharos- I love the dungeon but there are two things that I really wish would get changed/fixed to make it a bit less than of a headache for me (the healer)
1) First Boss: Allow Esuna to at least remove one stack at a time of the buff. The AoE indicators pop up but the ability fires too quickly to get out of so if he focuses that attack on anyone but the tank, they're nearly one shot... most of the time the person that gets the focus is the healer and we're already having enough stress with being the initial focus of all the adds that spawn. This dungeon is absolutely punishing to healers and this would alleviate some of the headache without making the boss too much easier.

2) Siren: The AoE healing debuff is brutal. I'm not saying get rid of it, but having a class that can stun it reliably is asking quite a bit of a random PUG group I think and that debuff has to get stunned. It's hard to recover from with all the damage that happens throughout the fight.
