I agree, I think they would be better off with the older polls with a suggestion box for each.
At the very least they would be better off just not answering if the question doesn't have an answer.
The ones that state they have no intention could also be lumped together, no need for each of these to show the same answer.

I mean, No Grade Six Node, No Plans to Balance SP, No Plans to Incorporate us into the New Content, No Plans to let us play socially..

Why did they waste our time/get our hopes up with this? Holding a Q&A implies that you have plans to make changes to the topic at hand does it not?

I think SE needs to add a dislike button to these forums so they can see how bad this Q&A is..

Wait, you mean like how he specifically said "We've been planning to balance SP gains"? Or howabout "We're looking into adding rare items to be gathered"? Or "We're looking into adding higher-rank gear (just not tools)"?
