Monks very weak. Need rebalance

Obviously just limited personal experience but, I did like 2-3 matches last night. Were my first. Won all of em. One of the parties involved me being paired with another MNK as the 2 DPS for our team, versus a BRD and BLM on the other team. Still won.

<3 Shoulder Tackle being so short, and damage being so strong.

But what about positioning- side, back, side, back? And what about the other @main power@- GL?
