We only have 3 lustrates maximum every minute before we basically have nothing else at our disposal for that fight while WHMs just have to keep regens up at all times.

BUT I will say this, SE needs to fix WHM skills. SoS DIRELY needs to be fixed such that it scales with WHM's mp/ piety in some way. Also I agree that benediction needs to be lowered to match Lustrate's CD much better. 5 mins CD on benediction is stupid and is one of the main reasons I hate playing WHM.
