Try doing that in a double summoner comp, you may be able to pressure one of the summoners but the other will be raping you and CCing you to infinity. Also if you kill a summoner or a healer they will get raised regardless in a double summoner comp. Also the summoner you are on can still cast a slow on you and run from you if you are melee. I wish it was as simple as "killing you first"
