You are talking about the land. I am talking about the house and all the new recipes and parts recipes that have been added. In this respect, S.E. are kind of right. Even if you buy your plot today, you are a long way from a Building.

I don't support the over the top land prices but I do respect the detail in the crafting of a house.

Tifa lived in the slums. We didn't look down on her. You need story line to make it "cool" for us to be in the slums and story line for us to want to get the hell out.
