If whm has poison pot on their hotbar, they can 100% click it before blm can cast sleep. Because sleep takes at least 2 seconds to cast no matter what ish. Because if they use Swift Cast they still have to wait for GCD to cast sleep. WHM should be able to click that pot every time, then blm can't sleep the healer.
