Most boss mechanics rely on burst damage that requires you to be at full hp before the mechanic comes around again (like tumults).

Tell me which boss mechanics rely on "burst damage" beside Primals? Which need to have a topped up group very fast. And you still can solo heal this so called "Burst Damage". (When a SCH with a 150 potency (with shield) AoE can do it, a WHM with a 300 potency or 150 + 50 potency regen over 30 sec can do it too without problems.)
