I also heard that the fate exp will be based on amount of people participating so it will probably be alot less exp for the Camp Dragonhead fates that have like 50 people doing them all at the same time. I was in a fate in Dragonhead and got like two swings with my Warrior and got like 15k exp. Don't get me wrong I was cool with that, but it makes it seem way too easy for me. So I guess we will see soon enough what they are going to be like soon. xD

No, fates will now scale in difficulty depending on how many people are there. Probably because a lot less people will be doing fates due to having other, more profitable options for xp.

As a warrior since beta phase 3 I swear I will loose it if I see a WAR tanking and NOT moving out of the way. Clearly they are a PLD who jumped ship upon hearing 2.1 buffs. While yes it looks good on paper WAR should not sit and eat hits like most of the PLD's I play with.
