To answer, no, it is not doable now, it is now entirely impossible. Not a single group will clear turn 5 post 2.1.

I imagine warriors might be the better tank for Twintania now. Since Death Sentence is on a timer there's nothing stopping them from hitting Inner Beast for that 20% damage reduction when they know it's coming.

A PLD can still tank it while the WAR applies debuff. But both will be viable

No, it's not sarcasm. Virus is the only possible damage mitigation for Death Sentence and because it can now not be used every single time the entire instance is unclearable.
