just meant it is foolish to assume, not so much about the current practices. DRG boosts damage for certain classes, suffers less from being forced to disengage etc. MNK has overall stronger buff from greased so when it has a chance to be fully engaged can compensate for potential drops from having to evade something and losing buffs etc. the whole "my target dummy dps is my dps" mentality is what lead to some really bad stacking practices within wow and I for one support the devs team actions to dissuade such practices.
The biggest difference in performance is the player, not the class.
